The Faro Story Spot is a multimedia museum that offers a journey through time in Faro, from Antiquity to the present. Through an immersive experience, visitors can explore the Ria Formosa and taste the Mediterranean Diet, among other cultural and educational experiences.

There are no specific restrictions on the use of the website and the services offered. However, all users are expected to use the platform responsibly and respectfully.

4. Purchase and Refund Policy

Tickets purchased for entry to the Faro Story Spot are non-refundable. However, in case of cancellation by the museum, a new visit date or a full refund of the amount paid will be offered. It is recommended to review purchasing policies before finalizing the purchase.

Children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult when visiting the Faro Story Spot. It is the adult’s responsibility to ensure adequate supervision of children.
